The Seedbed of Investigation of the Central Technical Institute is a pedagogical tool framed in the development of a new conception of the relation society-nature, where Learning is done. Through the formation of working groups focused on the production of food and medicinal species under the parameters of organic agriculture, the creation of an environmental and urban culture is promoted. In this way, common spaces of reflection, respect and tolerance are opened; On the other hand, a solidary economy emerges, commercializing the obtained agricultural products, implementing clean technologies and projecting themselves into the community.
