In order to develop applied technologies, we must frame them within the main axis of education through Propaedeutic Cycles, considered as the possibility of organizing the Technical and Technological Education (ETT) offer at a higher level, which represents an opportunity for institutions and the programs form a coherent, fl exible and coordinated subsystem of education, and have a positive impact on innovation and technological development processes, interacting effectively with the productive sectors.
