This article presents the study of the Faraday electromagnetic induction principle through the analysis of the magnetic field generated between two sinusoidal coils together with an iron core. The applied methodology is descriptive with a mixed approach. As a result, the requirements of the experimental design, the possibilities of implementation in the Technological School Central Technical Institute and its importance in the teaching of electrical physics are presented. The study carried out generated a route to work in the electrical physics class on the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction, reviewing the voltage-current relationship and exposes an example of the implementation of least squares for the analysis of experiments in physics
