The technical and technological development is given by the interaction of different agents engaged in a collective system of creation and use of knowledge. As a fundamental actor in this system are the Institutions of Higher Education who are the instances that generate culture of research and production of knowledge, creating discussion environments and becoming dynamizers of social and economic development by spreading knowledge in society, generating in it competitive advantages and contributing to a sustainable future for the next generations.
